Ciara is responsible for managing scope, time, and budget for complex, multidimensional customer-specific engagements to implement HCM solutions in cloud-based software. As a PMP-certified project manager, she uses a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodologies to adapt to the needs of all our clients. Leading concurrent projects with multiple, globally dispersed teams comes easily to Ciara, and her dedication and expertise ensure quality implementations that are on time, and on budget. Her goal: to meet the needs of each level of the client’s organization to ensure every project’s success.

Ciara has led projects for a variety of industries, including retail, education, and healthcare. Each experience provides insight into the unique needs of each and a deeper appreciation for the challenges clients face.

Ciara achieved her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) Alliant International University and her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
