Kasey Dempsey

Director, PMO

Kasey oversees our Project Management team and is responsible for creating and maintaining our industry-leading Project Management processes.

She began her career in 2011 as a Project Coordinator, focused on Tax and Banking conversions. In 2013, Kasey was promoted to a Consulting role with an emphasis on Benefits and Recruiting. She developed an interest in Project Management after working closely with other Project Managers and having the opportunity to lead her own projects.

A valued part of the Seequelle team since our inception, Kasey established the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that our Project Management methodology aligns with our company goals. Part of her role is also to ensure our clients have everything needed to launch successful projects that meet their desired outcomes.

Kasey has a degree in Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
