Vi works alongside clients to help provide a seamless adoption of HCM platforms for their team.

Vi has spent over five years building and rolling out staff hiring, onboarding, and training processes and programs across the United States in the medical industry. In the last decade, she has collaborated with medical and dental organizations to consult about software systems implementation and to help revamp workflow processes to reflect best practices for their team members.

Having worked with everything from small businesses to large enterprises, Vi attributes her biggest accomplishments to helping improve overall onboarding efficiency and increasing staff retention.

Vi holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Loyola Marymount University.
