Sagar Kachhia is a results-driven Consultant at Seequelle, dedicated to delivering tailored business solutions that address the unique needs of clients. With expertise in electronic record systems and a focus on operational efficiency, Sagar brings valuable experience to his role.

In his previous position, Sagar was responsible for guiding organizations through seamless transitions onto new electronic health record platforms. With over two years of experience, he has collaborated with directors, department heads, and government officials, providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Sagar’s major accomplishment lies in his impeccable track record of successfully driving multiple concurrent projects to completion, meeting all project KPIs within established timelines. His project management skills ensure clients receive the highest level of service and achieve their desired outcomes.

Sagar holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a Minor in Business. 

As a Senior Associate, Services, Kevin works closely with clients to generate and implement comprehensive solutions for their HCM and payroll needs.

Kevin has over 30 years of experience in processing, managing and implementing payroll, including knowledge of payroll taxes, general ledger and garnishment process best practices. Kevin is skilled in process improvement, SOX controls, analytics and workforce management.

Kevin’s past experience includes leading several successful projects, including upgrading or installing payroll or WFM software for mid-market, enterprise and Fortune 100 companies, and improving processes for large payroll teams.

Kevin studied Mathematics with an emphasis in Actuarial Science at Middle Tennessee Sate University.

JR adds to the software distribution side of Seequelle by configuring and testing HCM solutions to meet the specific needs of clients and partners.

Having worked as a Clinical Consultant in the past, JR has worked closely with many clients, building incredible rapport with each one of them, while ensuring that all of their needs are met. In addition, JR has led several projects in the healthcare field, including supporting hospitals as they transition to new electronic record systems.

JR holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Clinical Informatics from Georgia State University.

Stephanie’s job is to understand our clients’ business needs so that she and our team can develop and execute comprehensive solutions that align with their business goals.

In her 10+ years in the workforce, Stephanie has had the privilege of working in a variety of positions that have ultimately provided her with experience in customer service, operations, software implementation and project coordination.

Working alongside many types of clients with different specialties and backgrounds has provided valuable context for creative and strategic decision-making that Stephanie applies to her work here at Seequelle. Only by truly understanding our clients’ business can she help identify and implement solutions that will deliver lasting impact.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of California, Irvine.

Craig is a valued HCM consultant, responsible for business software analysis, consulting business requirements, implementation, and application troubleshooting. Before becoming a consultant, he was an application and business analyst specializing in developing solutions for reporting, payroll processes, and benefits administration. Craig also possesses two years of experience working in tax and compliance alongside clients and agencies.

To advance further in education and processes in payroll systems, Craig is certified with the American Payroll Association. He has held leadership positions mentoring successful HCM and WFM consultants and analysts. Observing their growth and success is among his greatest accomplishments.

Craig has a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Communications.

Lanston is responsible for Seequelle’s services operations practice and measuring our services portfolio against applicable performance indicators.

With 17+ years of consulting experience in a variety of industries, Lanston has dedicated over 10 years to serving the business’ HCM needs. Prior to joining the consulting arena, Lanston was a client, providing him with unparalleled insight into the challenges and opportunities facing clients.

He has had the pleasure of being a key contributor in building the Seequelle team over the years and developing processes that assist our HCM consultants with succeeding in their roles.
Lanston has also begun optimizing our own internal processes to ensure we are providing our clients with ongoing high-quality service and deliverables.

Lanston possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Khaled is responsible for the design and delivery of our advanced technology solutions and infrastructure.

Prior to co-founding Seequelle in 2015, Khaled was a solutions architect, responsible for the design and deployment of enterprise software to a wide range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 customers. He has worked with clients across North America and Europe, deploying solutions ranging from system architecture and application development to complex enterprise integration and analytics.

Khaled’s deep platform expertise is evidenced through his certification in delivering solutions with Ceridian Dayforce as well as UKG Integration.

His proudest professional accomplishments center on everything the Seequelle team has accomplished, including being named one of “America’s 5000 fastest-growing private companies in 2020” by Inc. Magazine and being featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the area’s Best Places to Work.

Khaled holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

As President and Co-Founder of Seequelle, Wilfred is responsible for the overall strategic direction of our organization and service practices.

Wilfred has 20+ years of professional services experience within the enterprise software industry, 15 years of which have been focused on Human Capital Management technology.

Prior to co-founding Seequelle, he was a director of implementation at Ceridian HCM, responsible for the delivery of its Dayforce solution to a wide range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 customers.

Wilfred is grateful to the Seequelle team for entrusting him with the direction of the company and allowing him to play an active role within their professional development. He feels an immense sense of pride seeing our team members evolve – both personally and professionally – within company we have all built together.

Wilfred earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Business Information Systems from Ryerson University in 2002.
