Role Overview

Ensures successful execution of project engagements by participating in the varying stages of the project lifecycle under direction of a Principal Consultant. Engagement responsibilities include documenting, consulting, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and solution support to meet the needs of our customers.


  • Willing and able to embody Seequelle core values
  • Become an SME in the Seequelle partner’s software product suites
  • Perform the following on an engagement:
    • Understand and document client business requirements
    • Configure the Seequelle partner’s software solution
    • Assist the client in testing the software solution
    • Build and assist with integration between HCM systems and 3rd party solutions
    • Development of project documentation and collateral
  • Provide project status updates
  • Manage project time and budget
  • Manage client expectations
  • Travel up to 25%


  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years work experience in software implementation or support (Or 10 or more years of work experience in software implementation or support)
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Strong verbal and written command of the English language
  • Proficient in MS 365 Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management Tools (i.e. Mavenlink, MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of XML
  • Experience with HCM Software Platform (i.e. Ceridian Dayforce, UKG Pro, ADP)
