As a Business Consultant, Kristi has worked with clients on a variety of projects ranging from vendor contracts to MegaMaps for process improvements. Leading a team of consultants and analysts, she has collaborated with client-side executives on large-scale projects, focusing on solutions that increase return on investment.

Kristi’s accomplishments include leading teams of over 150 employees, applying Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification to drive cost savings and process efficiencies. Kristi holds a Master of Science in Management from Hodges University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University.
